Location: Barrie/ Orillia

Type: Flexible, Part-time, on-call  Contract Position

Compensation: Competitive in accordance to experience and industry standard.  

Job Description: Property Coordinator: Ensuring our properties and tenants are being give the attention they require.

  1. Coordinating with prospective clients from all ad platforms and scheduling showings for our 25 units & growing
  2. Promptly return all their calls, emails and texts to uphold our standard of client service
  3. Work with the clients to show them properties in a timely manner and provide outstanding customer service
  4. Keep us informed on all client communications and developments (copied on all emails & update notes in CRM)
  5. Communicate with the existing tenants and providing prompt response
  6. Coordinate with vendors and schedule service calls and repairs
  7. Ability to address to minor repairs

Property Coordinator Skills and Qualities :

  1. Responsiveness within a 12-24 hour period
  2. Action Oriented and ambitious in nature
  3. Outstanding customer service
  4. Honesty & Integrity
  5. Excellent written & oral skills
  6. Showing and leasing experience
  7. Knowledge of property management, property maintenance, residency tenant act in Ontario and Landlord Tenant Board

Qualifications:

  1. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  2. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or customer service
  3. Experience handling or managing rental properties
  4. Familiarity with the rental process in Ontario
  5. Very proficient with office software, Outlook, FB Marketplace systems
  6. Valid G Drivers license and a vehicle
