We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with daily tasks, document management and office support. 

Location: Virtual/Port Hope

Type: Part-Time Contract (apprx 10 – 15hrs per week) to begin with potential to become full-time.  Must be able to invoice BV&Co. Inc. for hours worked to start, will be moved to payroll within next 3 months. 

Compensation: $18 – $20/hr based on experience  

Job Description: As the Administrative Assistant, reporting directly to the Operations Manager your role will be to complete day to day tasks for the business such as:

  1. Co-ordinate meetings between the founders, business partners and investors
  2. Track, file and enter receipts and expenses 
  3. Track daily tasks and provide updates in Monday.com 
  4. Prepare various types of documentation (agrements, statements, receipts etc.) statements and facilitate signing of or acknowledgement of those documents 
  5. Source promotional items 
  6. Document management 
  7. Manage email communications through our general inbox 

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualities :

  7. Excellent written & oral skills

Qualifications:

  1. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  2. Diploma in Office Administrator program is an asset  
  3. Experience in Real Estate an asset
  4. Valie G Driver license and vehicle 
  5. Proficient with MS Office Suite of products 
  6. Experience using Docusign 
  7. Experience using Quickbooks 
  8. Access to a printer and scanner 
  9. Experience with bookkeeping (managing receipts, tracking expenses etc.) 
  10. Experience with Monday.com an asset 
  11. Must be willing to work 1 day per week at head office located in Port Hope 
  12. Must provide own technology i.e. laptop and cell phone
