We are currently looking for a Property Coordinator to help manage multiple properties in Kingston and Ganonoque, Ontario.

Job Title: Property Coordinator

Location: Virtual and onsite in Kingston and Ganonoque Ontario (other properties may be added in future)

Type: Part-Time / Contract

Compensation: Percentage of Gross Monthly Rent Roll plus a Fixed Rate for Lease-Ups

Portfolio Overview:

  • Kingston

o 6-Plex

o 3 vacant units to be leased up currently

  • Gananoque

o 2 x 12-Plex

o Total of 30 doors.

o 2-3 vacant units to be leased up

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with prospective tenants from ad platforms and schedule showings
  • Promptly return all tenant calls, emails and texts to uphold our standard of client service
  • Show potential tenants properties in a timely manner
  • Facilitate applications, screenings and leasing process
  • Work within the Property Management system to ensure information is added
  • Collection and deposit of laundry room money
  • Hand deliver communications to tenants when necessary
  • Facilitate unit walk-throughs for tenant move-out and cleaning, repairs for tenant move-in
  • Coordinate with vendors and schedule service calls, maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to address minor repairs
  • Track expenses related to 3rd party services
  • May need to order supplies for the property/ies or coordinate with admin
  • Ensure monthly rents are collected on time and provide standard reporting
  • Attend weekly status meeting with Founders

– Hold a valid G licence
– High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
– Experience in Real Estate an asset

– Proficient with MS Office Suite of products
– Experience using Docusign an asset
– Experience a property management system an asset
– Experience with bookkeeping (managing receipts, tracking expenses etc.)

Additional Information:

– Candidate to be available if needed during regular business hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm.
– Candidate must provide own technology i.e. laptop and cell phone
